I will be working with my own style, unless a specific service of mine states otherwise.

Commissioning me means that the client accepts all of my terms of service.

My artwork must not be resold/used as an NFT, nor be used in any AI training models.

My artwork must be used for personal use only.

I may post the commissioned work for my own portfolio and social media.

I have the right to turn down, or cancel the commission for any reason.

Payment must be upfront, or sent after the initial sketch. This is done either through VGen, Ko-fi, or Paypal, if commissioning me through other means.

I will send a rough uncoloured/untoned sketch upon proposal. I will not continue beyond that stage until the payment is received.

If the client decides to cancel the commission past the initial sketch stage, I will refund 10%-50% of the price paid, based on how much I have done. 50% for starting out the rough shading, 10% for being in the middle of the rendering stage.

For a rendered piece, the stages are as follows: Sketch > Blocking (colours) > Rough Shading > Rendering

Major revisions include but are not limited to: change of poses, adding/removing details that can take up a lot of space, and adding/removing details that pertain to the character's silhouette.

Any minor revisions, such as smaller character details that I have forgotten, will always be free.

During the sketch and blocking phase, major revisions can be done, as I can adjust them with ease and it is early for me to adjust. Only three free major revisions are only allowed, a fee will be incurred past that point.

This fee is equivalent to 20% of the base price.

Turn-around time: 1-4 weeks. This depends on the complexity of the piece, as well as my life schedule.

I will try my best to meet the deadline. If there is any reason I cannot complete a piece in time, the client will be notified.

I retain all copyrights and ownership of my work.

I have the right to post the completed commissioned artwork on my social media.

The client cannot claim the commissioned artwork as their own.

If using the commissioned artwork in any social media, credit will be required to be given, whenever possible.
